A few comments, please don´t delete.
1.-We need a translation as soon as possible
2.-As I can see on this test gt3 rs won with very very small margin, almost not noticeable
3.-GT3rs/pwts/g27 ultimate comparison is not necessary. it is already done in simracingtonight show and other places.waste money on customer suport please because is from you get it (€) and leave test and comparisons for the professionals.
Or I can do a small sumary of what is the real thing:
-Buy pwts if you need 360 compatibility
-Buy gt3 rs if you like alcantara feeling and nice pedals set up and nice FFB
-Buy g27 if you want zero problems , plug and play ability and maybe better customer support.
Really i´m happy at the moment whit fanatec pwts/csp and team suport thomas/armin/sabine. but i don´t like to read this amonut of critics against the company every day. Your goal should be maximum one week to respond customers.
Every time i read some negative comments I avoid do click again for purcahse new products.

I am sure people are waiting for news about upcoming products, like a clubsport shifter ! There is a topic here about it, with many customers saying they would like too see a CS shifter. It has been a while this topic is there, but no answer from Fanatec. I know, designing a new product and dealing with manufacturing process takes time. But simply answering a "we are working on it" would have been nice (or a "there's no plan for this at this time" if no CS shifter is on the road).
Another exemple, I would also personnaly like a more affordable cockpit as an evolution/a1gp playseat alternative (I don't like the bar between legs). Rennsport cockpit is awesome, but so is its price^^. Not everybody can afford such a high priced cockpit. At the present time, the best affordable alternative I have seen is GTC cockpit (made in Italy by movetech). But it seems it can't be bought anymore. All retailers have told me this product can't be restocked. It was sold 330 euros by the online stores in Italy (and even at an unbelievable 230 euros, but that was from a store located at San marino. Low taxes there explains why such a low price from this shop). Also, one of the retailer told me they stopped selling it because of a lack of robustness (I'm not sure that is the real reason. Looking at pictures, this product looked good quality). Look at pictures of this product over the net if you don't know it: 350 euros for a product of this quality is nice, and it would be cool if Fanatec could offer a similar cockpit in the same price range as the GTC was.
Also as Josep said, having this place to discuss is nice but a real forum would be better. Technical Issues part of the forum is messy with all those texts mixed there (as they are answers to the four threads used to create subparts of this category). Not to mention Game and Wheel settings category where we can't even post in. But if a choice have to be made between new products and a new website, I clearly vote for new products^^ Give us news about this CS shifter we all are waiting for ! :D (and why not, about an upcoming affordable cockpit :D )

Well you are not the only one waiting for a CS shifter so I guess it would be stupid not to develop one. But this is not the only Clubsport product we are working on.
I agree with your point on the forums and we will have a much better forum very soon with the new website.
And we are also planning a mid priced cockpit but it will be a completely different apporach than existing solutions.

I heard from alot of my friends, They they think its a shame that everything is top of the class. but that the Shifter is pure plastic. I gotta agree.
You should focus mainly on the Clubsport shifter, Since it will give a complete package, and will make your package even more prof than the Logitech.
I do not doubt that your aware of this, but its a instant buy from me, If your releasing a clubsport shifter!.

Not liking the current
Not liking the current shifters 'because they're plastic' is silly, because they are miles better than the G25 shifter. It's not the looks that counts, but how it works and its durability :o)

Also glad to hear about a mid-price ranged cockpit. Would love to replace my Playseat Evolution with something engineered by Fanatec with the Porsche wheels and Clubsport gear in mind.
And the sooner you can replace these forums the better...will make for a much better community having better structured forums.

1,46 for g27 and 1,42 for fanatec? Maybe im not reading that right. G27 also got Top Produkt award.
